Rob Bath joins Quadrin as a Partner

Quadrin are delighted to welcome on board Rob Bath, AAPI AREI MRICS as a Partner for the valuations business, which will be trading as Quadrin Valuations.

Rob brings with him over 25 years of experience in the industry, with specialist capabilities in strategic asset management, complex property valuations and econometric/financial modelling.

In his capacity as CEO of In Property Valuations Pty ltd in Australia, he regularly undertook valuations of many property classes for corporate and Government bodies in relation to major residential homes and sub divisional sites, shopping centers, office buildings, and commercial development sites, service stations and industrial properties.

Rob is a regular competitor in the Sydney to Hobart Yacht race (17 races), Fastnet Race (2 races) and has completed 4 world championship regattas.  He is currently studying an MSc in Real Estate from Henley Business School.
