When the UK (and most of the world) went into lockdown back in March, none of us knew how long it would be for or what the future looked like. The coronavirus pandemic has changed the world as we know it and we’re all facing the prospect of a ‘new normal’ for months or even years to come.
Now, as lockdowns start to ease and the country begins to ‘open up’, here at Quadrin we’ve been taking steps to ensure both our staff and clients are as prepared as possible.
With restrictions easing and safety measures in place we are returning to face to face meetings with our clients. Our staff are increasing the number of visits they make to client sites to conduct due diligence. Whilst we have adapted how we work during the lockdown, nothing beats being with our clients in person.
In order to help them feel safe and secure about returning to the workplace we sent each and every one of them a special care package, containing some of the things they’ll need to follow guidelines and feel comfortable. We’ve always believed in going above and beyond. Ensuring the safety and happiness of every client is our number one priority.
The care packages included things such as hand sanitiser and Quadrin branded face masks. With face masks and coverings becoming a key part of getting our society and economy back on its feet, we wanted to make sure everyone was prepared. The Quadrin branding will hopefully remind our members that we always have their backs.
We also sent out Quadrin mugs. With guidelines for returning to offices stating the importance of not sharing mugs to keep the spread of germs at a minimum, we thought our clients may find a new mug useful. After all, who can function properly without a morning coffee?
Things will be different.
And whilst we know it’s not going to be quite like it was before, we can’t wait to start safely visiting our clients again. After three months of virtual meetings we’re looking forward to meeting in person and building our existing relationships as well creating new ones.
