Richard has almost 40 years working in the financial services sector, having held senior operational roles with mainstream lenders and sgecialising in consumer credit, first and second Charge lending across origination, servicing and arrears management. Richard was the founding director of two businesses, a debt collection agency sold to PE in 2007 and a credit services business sold in 2013.
